Luotsi small group activities are intended for Helsinki residents aged 12–15 who need individual support in their life situation.

Luotsi offers all kinds of fun activities, support in various situations, new experiences, the company of peers and help from a familiar instructor, if necessary.
Applications to join Luotsi's activities can be made year round. The Luotsi application form can be filled in by a guardian or another adult who works with the young person. The application can be sent to any of Luotsi's workers by secure email or by post. Luotsi will then contact the young person and their family and agree on a joint initiation meeting. The activities are intended for those aged 12–15 in Helsinki. Participation is free, voluntary and requires that the young person has no need for child welfare or care work. Activities are organised in the following areas: Eastern Luotsi (eastern, southeastern and Östersundom major district), Northeastern Luotsi (northern, northeastern and part of central major district), Western Luotsi (western and part of southern major district).
