You can access the service at any time of the day or night. You do not need an appointment or referral. In temporary accommodation, we will support you in organising your services and housing. We will support you in taking care of your basic needs: you will be provided guidance in organising your food supply, doing your laundry and taking care of yourself, and an opportunity to bathe. You will also be provided support in health care matters, mapping the your social situation and in preparing a further plan.

During temporary accommodation, we will assess with you what kind of support and possible other services you need. We will work with you in a systematic and goal-oriented manner, help you with rehabilitation and coach you on further housing. We are present at the temporary accommodation unit 24 hours a day. We have special expertise in mental health and substance abuse problems. Our service is intended as a temporary solution and the aim is to work together with you to find a suitable form of housing for you. Accessing temporary accommodation is voluntary for you, but will require that you comply with the rules of the temporary accommodation and that you wish to accept the service.
