Join us either virtually or in person at Espoo’s Lippulaiva Library on 7 November 2023, from 18.00–19.00, for insights into resilience and stress management. The captivating Johanna Linner Matikka will lead a session that will fire up your brain cells! Attendance is free and open to everyone.
Feel free to share your thoughts or ask questions throughout the evening, whether you are attending physically or virtually. The event will be streamed, recorded, and subtitled in Finnish afterwards.
