Feeling overwhelmed or drained amidst the hustle and bustle of everyday life? Grappling with work or leisure-related stress? If this sounds familiar, read on. Join us either virtually or in person at Espoo’s Lippulaiva Library on 9 November 2023, from 18.00–19.00, for insights into resilience and stress management. The captivating Jette Timgren will lead a session that will fire up your brain cells! Attendance is free and open to everyone.

Feel free to share your thoughts or ask questions throughout the evening, whether you are attending physically or virtually. The event will be streamed, recorded, and subtitled in Swedish afterwards. The recording will be uploaded on the Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County’s YouTube channel(external link) within two weeks of the event.
