A Service Guide for the elderly has been published
A printed service guide for the elderly has been produced as a result of a project that aimed to harmonise the counselling service of Senior Info. The elderly in the wellbeing services county have been wishing for a printed guide from the early stages of the wellbeing services county. The importance of the guide has also been highlighted by the council on the elderly in the wellbeing services county.
The guide is designed to serve elderly residents of the wellbeing services county who cannot easily find information through the wellbeing services county’s luvn.fi website.
The guide contains information on the services of the wellbeing services county. Information on other services for the elderly, such as Kela subsidies, is also included.
The guide has been published in Finnish and Swedish and distributed to local service points, health centres and libraries.
The information in the service guide was compiled through multiprofessional cooperation at the end of 2023. As the services of the wellbeing services county develop, there may be changes to the contact details of the services and the opening hours of the service points. The guide is also developed on the basis of feedback received from residents.
