Does sleep enhance well-being? How can one influence the quality and quantity of their sleep? Research Professor Timo Partonen from the Finnish Institute of Health and Welfare will share information and practical tips for restful sleep. Whether you’re an adolescent, a guardian, or an adult seeking better sleep, this event is for you.

Join us in person on 15 April 2024 from 18:00 to 19:00 at the Espoo Sello Library, first floor stage near the entrance.
