The patient information system of the Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County will have a planned downtime at the weekend between 24 and 25 May 2025 The downtime will affect residents’ electronic health services and may slow down customer service.
Due to the update of the patient information system, electronic health services at luvn.terveytesi.fi will be unavailable from Saturday 24 May to Sunday 25 May 2025. The downtime will affect the electronic booking and preliminary information forms of, e.g., child health clinics, dental care and health stations, and the ordering of care equipment. The downtime will not affect the operation of Lunna.
The wellbeing services county’s shared patient information system will be adopted at dental clinics and in Kauniainen
During the service downtime, dental clinics in Lohja, Vihti, Karkkila, Siuntio, Hanko and Inkoo and all health services located in Kauniainen will deploy the wellbeing services county’s shared client and patient information system that underwent competitive tendering: Lifecare.
Deploying the new system may slow down services during the first working days after the downtime.
Unable to submit prescription renewal requests to Kauniainen in MyKanta between 16 and 25 May
You cannot submit prescription renewal requests to Kauniainen in MyKanta between Friday 16 May and Sunday 25 May 2025. If you need to renew a prescription urgently during that time, contact the Kauniainen Health Centre via Lunna or by phone. From Monday 26 May onward, you can submit prescription renewal requests to Kauniainen via My Kanta again.
