Changes to the service fees for smart cards

The service fees for smart cards will change as of 15 June 2026. New procedures will be introduced for replacement cards and smart cards used in outsourced services. In all other respects, smart cards will continue to be ordered as before.

• Professional card: price EUR 79 (incl. VAT 25.5%)
• Replacement card: price EUR 70 (incl. VAT 25.5%)
  • Invoicing policy: the card is non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Clearing and reloading a card at a registration point (for an existing card that has expired or is about to expire): EUR 54 (incl. VAT 25.5%)
  • Receipt and processing of a used card: EUR 0
• Organisation card: price EUR 79 (incl. VAT 25.5%)
• New PUK code or activation code: price EUR 53 (incl. VAT 25.5%)

Other outsourced services (such as Seure): Going forward, outsourced service providers may enter into an agreement with the Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County to obtain cards for employees who do not have a personal smart card. Otherwise, employees must use their own cards.
