Electronic health services at luvn.terveytesi.fi unavailable from 9 pm on Saturday 15 August to 3 am on Sunday 16 August 2026
There will be a planned outage of the Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County’s patient information system on 15–16 August 2026. The outage will affect residents’ digital health services and may cause delays in customer service.
Due to an update to the patient information system, electronic health services at luvn.terveytesi.fi will be unavailable from 9 pm on Saturday 15 August to 3 am on Sunday 16 August. The services affected include online appointment booking and background information questionnaires for maternity and child health clinics, dental care services and health stations, as well as ordering medical self-care supplies. The outage will also disrupt access to appointment and health information and appointment booking in Lunna.
The outage applies to the patient information system used in Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County and all oral health services in the wellbeing services county.
