Get help from Social Services Guidance with just one contact
Social Services Guidance has been serving residents across Western Uusimaa for a year, and clients are pleased with the service. You can contact us for help even if you are unsure which social service you need.
Social Services Guidance was launched in October 2025. The service brings together guidance on a range of social services in one place. Our aim is to resolve your matter, whenever possible, during your first contact with us. If necessary, we will direct you to the right help.
Over the past year, we have reduced the number of separate telephone numbers and standardised our service hours. We have also introduced a service where we aim to answer calls directly, expanded our callback service and opened a digital service channel in Lunna.
You can use the Lunna chat on weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00. You can also send us a non-urgent message at any time. We will get back to you within three working days.

The staff of Social Services Guidance are also pleased with the current way of working. The multidisciplinary team aims to resolve clients’ matters as smoothly as possible during the first contact and, where necessary, promptly direct them to the right help. According to staff feedback, this way of working has strengthened the holistic, client-centred approach. Staff also find their work more meaningful when support needs can be identified and the necessary help arranged smoothly.
