In the feedback service, you can provide feedback or inquire about the services of the Western Uusimaa wellbeing area. We strive to respond to your feedback within five working days. The processing will be faster if you can specify the municipality and the service the feedback concerns through the menu.

Objections

If you are unhappy with the service, care or treatment you have received through social welfare or healthcare services, you can submit an objection, either as a free-form letter, with an objection form or verbally, in certain special cases.

We also use text message surveys to collect client feedback

After your visit, some clients will receive a text message requesting feedback on the experience.

  • The sender will appear as “LUVN” or the number 18102. The data security of the survey has been ensured.
  • Responding to the survey is free of charge.
  • Feedback will be anonymous and not linked to the responder.
