Log data request in accordance with the Client Data Act

In accordance with the Client Data Act (Act on the Electronic Processing of Client Data in Healthcare and Social Welfare), you have the right to receive log data, i.e. information on who has used or has been disclosed data related to you and what have been the grounds for the use or disclosure.

Log data can be received from the past two years. You do not have the right to access data older than that without a special cause. You also cannot access log data when its disclosure could pose a serious risk to your health or care or the rights of another person.

The Wellbeing Services County will deliver the log data to you within a reasonable amount of time, at the latest two months after receiving the request.

You can submit a data request to the Wellbeing Services County electronically. A strong authentication is needed to access the service.
