Remote Olkkari
Remote Olkkari offers older adults enjoyable social interaction and conversation via video connection from the comfort of their own home.
Do you have difficulties getting to activities organised outside your home? Do you own a smart device (tablet, computer or smartphone)?
In Olkkari’s remote groups, you can get to know other older people via video connection. We get acquainted and discuss topics that interest the participants, and you will receive information and support to promote your wellbeing. We meet once a week for one hour at a time via the Teams application. Participation requires a tablet, computer or smartphone equipped with a camera. Don’t worry if you’re not a tech expert – we will help you get started with using the application!
The activities are free of charge and are organised by the Services for Older People of the Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County.
