More information about accessing the service
- The referral will be processed within 2 weeks of its arrival.
- After the referral has been approved, you will receive a text message about the first appointment within 3 months.
- If the referral is not accepted, you will be contacted by telephone.
- You can follow the processing of the referral through the kanta.fi service.
- The party that referred the client will receive the information about the start of the service from the client, or will be contacted by the employee, if this has been agreed with the client.
- The child is referred to Swedish-language services if they are attending Swedish-language early childhood education and care or school.
