Check your service voucher number

You will need the service voucher number when booking a treatment appointment with a service voucher. You can find the number of the service voucher in the text message sent to you. The number starts with H03 and contains a total of 14 digits. If necessary, you can check the number of your service voucher in the Lunna chat or by calling Western Uusimaa dental care services at +358 29 151 2770 on weekdays Mon-Fri at 8–16.

Book an appointment

Book an appointment by contacting the service provider you have selected. For information on the availability of appointments, contact the service providers directly.

Go to your appointment

You will receive a treatment plan and an estimate of the cost of the treatment during an examination appointment. You will pay the service provider an excess of EUR 110, which includes the examination, any necessary X-ray imaging with statements and a treatment plan.

Go to appointments according to the treatment plan

Go to appointments according to the individual treatment plan drawn up for you. For the subsequent appointments, you will pay the same amount as you would in public dental care in the Western Uusimaa wellbeing services county If you miss an appointment without cancelling it, you will have to pay the compensation determined by the service provider.
