Cancelling an appointment at a health station

Occasionally schedules may change, making it necessary to cancel a previously scheduled appointment. Please cancel your appointment by 12:00 on the business day prior to your appointment. By doing so, we can offer the appointment slot to another individual. Please note that for those aged 18 and above, a fee of EUR 56.70 will be charged for missed appointments that were not cancelled in advance.

Espoo

  • To cancel an appointment by phone, call 09 47636 400, select 1 for “cancelling an appointment”, and leave the following details in the voicemail: 1. Client’s name 2. date of birth 3. date and specific details of the appointment to be cancelled.
  • To cancel an appointment via text message, send a message to the designated number of your health station. Your message should include: 1. Client’s name 2. date of birth 3. date and specific details of the appointment to be cancelled.

Hanko

  • To cancel an appointment by phone: Call 019 220 3555, select 3 for “cancelling an appointment”, and leave the following details in the voicemail:
    • Client’s name  
    • Date of birth
    • Date and
    • specific details of the appointment to be cancelled.  

Inkoo 

  • To cancel an appointment by phone: Call your care coordinator or appointment booking 09 47636 410 (monday to friday 8.00-15.30) and leave a call-back request. Leave the following details in the voicemail: Client’s name, date of birth, date and specific details of the appointment to be cancelled.  
  • To cancel an appointment via text message, send a message to 045 7397 6622. Your message should include: 1. Client’s name 2. date of birth 3. date and specific details of the appointment to be cancelled.  

Karkkila

  • To cancel an appointment by phone, call 09 47636 440 (monday to friday 8.00-15.30). Select 1 for “cancelling an appointment”, and leave the following details in the voicemail: 1. Client’s name 2. date of birth 3. date and specific details of the appointment to be cancelled.
