Cancelling an appointment at a health station
Occasionally schedules may change, making it necessary to cancel a previously scheduled appointment. Please cancel your appointment by 12:00 on the business day prior to your appointment. By doing so, we can offer the appointment slot to another individual. A fee of EUR 56.70 will be charged to individuals aged 18 and over if an appointment is not cancelled or cancelled too late. Please note that even if the service itself is free of charge, you will still be charged the fee for a missed appointment.
- To cancel an appointment by phone, call 09 47636 400, select 1 for “cancelling an appointment”, and leave the following details in the voicemail: 1. Client’s name 2. date of birth 3. date and specific details of the appointment to be cancelled.
- To cancel an appointment via text message, send a message to the designated number of your health station. Your message should include: 1. Client’s name 2. date of birth 3. date and specific details of the appointment to be cancelled.
