If you have symptoms, for instance, in your back, shoulders, knees or another part of the musculoskeletal system, you can contact us through Lunna. Select “musculoskeletal symptoms” as the reason why you contacted the digital clinic.

If you prefer to communicate over the phone, please call your health station. Select first your health station in the call menu, then 4 “symptoms in the back or another part of the musculoskeletal system”. You can find the telephone numbers below in the municipality selection menu.

You can contact us in Lunna starting from 9 April, if you fall ill or need to reach a health station. The digital clinic is open on weekdays from 8.00 to 16.00. Non-urgent messages can be sent around the clock. Read more about Lunna. 

Do you need information on the treatment of a child’s fever, cough, cold, earache or difficulties in breathing? The Health Village (in Finnish) (external link)can be used as support to assess the state of health of generally healthy children when the child suddenly falls ill.

Should you need professional help, you can contact us at the digital clinic in Lunna (external link)weekdays between 8.00 and 16.00 or by phoning your own health station.

In the evening, at weekends and public holidays, you can call the Medical Helpline at 116117 for more help. In life-threatening situations, call 112.

Fill in the Therapy Navigator(external link)

Should you need help with your mental wellbeing, please complete the Therapy Navigator before contacting your health station or the mental health and substance abuse services. The pre-filled therapy navigator speeds up the assessment of your need for treatment and care and your access to them. You may be experiencing anxiety, low mood, insomnia, or seeking support for managing your everyday life.

Your prescription is renewed by the healthcare unit that issued the prescription. Prescriptions are renewed within eight days. You may request the renewal of a prescription in any of the following ways:

• in the MyKanta service(external link). If you provide your phone number, you will receive a text message notification once your prescription has been renewed. You can also view the status of your renewal in MyKanta. Once your prescription is renewed, your medication can be picked up at the pharmacy.
• at the pharmacy. Note that some pharmacies may charge a fee for prescription renewals.
• by calling your own health station.
