Phone Services at Health Stations

Please call and leave a contact request for your health station on weekdays between 8:00 and 15:30. Emergency and urgent care clinics operate at health stations on weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00. Our system will save your number and we will call you back.

How to Use the Phone Service

Here's how to navigate the phone menu at your health station:

  • Call your health station's number.
  • Choose your preferred language:
    1. Finnish
    2. Swedish
    3. English
  • Select your health station.
  • Next, select the option that best describes your need:
    1. Cancelling an appointment
    2. An urgent concern
    3. A non-urgent issue
    4. Vaccination

For appointment cancellations, leave a message in the voice mail. In other cases, our system will record your phone number and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Changes in service needs and canceling a call-back request

You can only have 1 call-back request at a time. If you need to request another before we’ve contacted you, please leave us a voice message. Simply call your health station’s number—once your number is registered in our system, you’ll receive instructions on how to leave a message or cancel a previous call-back request.
