Palliative Care Centre
Espoo Hospital has a Palliative Care Centre, which is formed by the palliative outpatient clinic, home hospital and end-of-life care and palliative care wards.
Admission to the palliative care centre requires a doctor’s referral. The same referral provides you with access to all of the unit’s services according to your needs. A treatment plant is prepared with you, and it will be observed by the entire palliative centre.
Palliative outpatient clinic
A palliative outpatient clinic contact can constitute a home visit, telephone call or clinic appointment. We will contact you regularly at agreed intervals.

Inpatient care
If you need inpatient care, you may be admitted to the palliative care support ward at Villa Glims, Villa Bell or Villa Aura.
