Rehabilitation planning
This service provides you with information on various rehabilitation opportunities to make it easier to live with an illness or injury.
Rehabilitation planning includes the planning of intensive rehabilitation organised by Kela or rehabilitation organised by an insurance company as well as habilitation planning for people with intellectual disabilities of all ages. In cases not related to rehabilitation needs assessments for Kela and insurance companies, please contact your local rehabilitation services and/or health centre.
Conditions for receiving the Service
The rehabilitation plans for Kela's intensive medical rehabilitation are drawn up in public healthcare. Further information about intensive medical rehabilitation can be found on Kela's website.
The service is partly subject to a charge.
