We assist authorities with questions concerning adult social services.

Starting 2 January 2025, Neuvis will be the point of contact for adult social services. We serve clients at tel. 029 151 3100

  • Monday–Tuesday, Thursday–Friday: 9:00–13:00.
  • Wednesday: 8:00–10:00.

Public authorities and professionals may also call Neuvis. We use a call-back service.

For urgent situations, Neuvis will refer clients to an acute team available weekdays 8:00–15:00. The acute team also responds to urgent inquiries from public authorities during these hours. 

Outside office hours, urgent social services are provided by the social and crisis emergency services.
