We provide necessary personal assistance.

Personal assistance refers to assisting persons with disabilities in daily activities, work and studies, hobbies, social participation or in maintaining social interaction. The need for assistance must be caused by factors other than illnesses and functional limitations related to ageing. Personal assistance does not refer to needs that mainly require care, treatment and monitoring. Personal assistance is not a substitute for home care

Conditions for receiving the Service

In relation to personal assistance, a person is considered to have a severe disability if they absolutely and constantly need the help of another person to manage normal life functions due to their long-term or progressive disability or illness. The need for assistance must be caused by factors other than illnesses and functional limitations related to ageing. Personal assistance does not refer to needs that mainly require care, treatment and monitoring. Personal assistance is not a substitute for home care.

The service is free of charge.
