How to Submit an Application

You can apply for disability services in different ways, but you will always need to include attachments. Read the tips for submitting a good application.

Autohorisation and acting on behalf of another individual

Typically, adults oversee their own matters. However, there are instances where this may not be feasible. In these situations, another individual can assist, provided they possess a power of attorney.

Email for Service Providers and authorities

The email address vammaispalvelut@luvn.fi  is intended only for communication between service providers, authorities, and disability services. Please use Secure Mail (Turvapost) if your message contains personal data.

If your intention is to refer your client to disability services, you can help them submit a web application or send a PDF form via Lunna or by post. If necessary, you can also make a notification of need for social welfare.

We kindly ask individual clients to use Lunna and the disability services mailbox there to send attachments and applications.
