Mental health and substance abuse services for adults (over 18 years) provide you with guidance, advice, assessments and treatment for moderate challenges with mood and/or addictions. We use the ITherapy Navigator as help in assessing the need for treatment. The Navigator is an online survey that asks questions about the nature of your symptoms and problems as well as your treatment needs.
