International services

The City of Kerava's Internationalisation Services are responsible for the initial integration of refugees granted international protection who move to the municipality.

The municipality cooperates closely with other authorities providing immigration services. The city implements immigrant services in cooperation with the Vantaa and Kerava Welfare Region. The partners in the reception of quota refugees are the Uusimaa ELY Centre and the Vantaa and Kerava Welfare Region
Everyday Guidance Without Appointment
Go to Topaasi, the guidance and advisory point for Kerava’s international services.

Opening Hours:
* Mon 9:00–11:00 and 12:00–16:00
* Tue by appointment only
* Wed & Thu 9:00–11:00 and 12:00–14:00
* Fri closed

Queue numbers are distributed 15 minutes before closing.
You can get help with, for example, filling in forms, dealing with authorities, city services, housing, and leisure activities.
