Information Sessions on Elderly Well-being
Join us for information sessions tailored for individuals aged 60 and over!
We will cover topics on nutrition, physical activity, mental well-being, and safe daily living without violence and substance abuse.
The events are held in the Espoo Lippulaiva Library (Salonki multipurpose room, 3rd floor).
You can also attend remotely. The sessions are free and open to all.

Join us at the Espoo Lippulaiva Library’s Salonki multipurpose room on 12 October 2023 from 13.00-14.00 for evidence-based tips on elderly nutrition and exercise. Attendance is free and open to everyone.
