Oral healthcare appointment booking and customer service available through one phone number

From now on, the customer service for oral healthcare services in the Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County can be reached through one single phone number. The previous municipality-specific numbers will no longer be in use. When you call the old number, a recorded message will inform you of the new one.

Telephone services as of 1 December 2025

From now on, oral healthcare customer service is available to all Western Uusimaa residents at 029 151 2770: in urgent matters from Monday to Friday between 7:00 and 16:00, in non-urgent matters from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 16:00. Our system will save your number, and we will call you back. We will try calling you twice from the number 029 151 2770. Our customer service in non-urgent matters tends to be busiest at the beginning of the week. Calling outside peak hours will make it easier to take care of your matter.

We kindly ask you to only use one contact channel at a time. If you have called, please wait for our callback. If you have sent a message in Lunna, please wait for the reply there. Using multiple contact channels for the same matter slows down our service and increases waiting times.

People with hearing impairments can use the chat in Lunna weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00 or send a text message to 045 7395 9272. We reply to text messages from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 16:00, but you can send your message round the clock.

If you have questions about invoicing in dental care, you can send a non-urgent message via Lunna 24/7 or request a callback by calling 029 151 2950 weekdays from 9:00 to 15:00.

You can cancel an appointment round the clock through the online booking system at luvn.terveytesi.fi(external link), by text message to 045 7395 9254 or by voice message to 029 151 2970.

Digital service portal luvn.terveytesi.fi and Lunna

In the Citizen Portal at luvn.terveytesi.fi(external link), you can book a semi-urgent appointment, for example, to treat a bothersome chipped tooth or schedule an appointment for urgent dental care. The service also allows you to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

If your next dental check-up has not been scheduled or it has been a while since your last visit, we kindly ask you to get in touch with us through Lunna or by calling.

The Lunna chat service is open weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00. You can handle appointment-related matters via the chat, for instance. The chat is designed for near-real-time conversation; the thread closes if you do not reply within 10 minutes.

You can send us non-urgent messages round the clock in Lunna. You can ask about matters related to your treatment or about a dental care invoice you received. Non-urgent messages cannot be used to book appointments. We will get back to you within three weekdays. We will wait for your response for three weekdays before closing the discussion thread.
