New email address for accessibility feedback
We are continuously improving accessibility so that our services work well for everyone. We want to ensure that all service users can give feedback easily and on equal terms.
We have noticed that our current feedback form does not yet meet all accessibility requirements, and therefore, we have opened a new email address specifically for accessibility-related feedback.

Feel free to email us, for example, if:
- using our services has felt difficult or you have encountered barriers
- you have noticed accessibility issues on our website or in our digital services
- you need help with using our services
- you have ideas on how we can make our services more accessible.

The key perspective in developing accessibility is the experience of service users. All feedback helps us spot what we can improve and how we make our services work better for everyone.
We follow national recommendations and the EU Accessibility Directive, and our goal is to create services that are genuinely accessible and easy to use.
