AI assistant helps users find services even when they do not know the exact term
Are you looking for a health station, a social service or something else on our website, but cannot think of the right term? The AI assistant on luvn.fi helps you find information about our services in more than 300 languages, around the clock.
Our wellbeing services county provides a wide range of services, and remembering their exact names is not always easy. The AI assistant on our website helps residents find information about our services and, where necessary, the appropriate contact channel.
You do not need to know the official name of the service to ask the assistant a question. You can simply phrase the question in your own words. In certain languages, you can also ask your question aloud and listen to the assistant’s response.
For example, you can ask the AI assistant:
- How do I book an appointment at the maternity and child health clinic?
- What is a service voucher for dental care?
- Where can I find events for older adults?
The AI assistant is available directly on the website’s home page and on the right-hand side of the other pages. You can ask the assistant for information and guidance by typing or, in certain languages, by speaking. You can read or listen to the assistant’s response.
Do not enter personal data, health information or other sensitive information into the assistant. If the situation is urgent or life-threatening, always call the emergency number 112.
The AI assistant provides support in finding information. It is not a channel for handling personal matters. It does not make diagnoses, provide treatment instructions or assess the need for services. Services, guidance and assessments by professionals will continue to be provided through the wellbeing services county’s service channels.
The AI assistant’s multilingual capabilities make service information more accessible
Already 16% of the residents of our wellbeing services county have a first language other than Finnish or Swedish. The AI assistant supports more than 300 languages.
The option of searching for information in multiple languages significantly improves the accessibility of service information, particularly when users are unfamiliar with the Finnish or Swedish terms used for services on the website.
Your feedback helps us make the assistant even better
The AI assistant is continuously developed based on user feedback. Much of the feedback has been positive: users have reported that the assistant has generally helped them find the information they came to the website looking for. Users have also submitted requests and suggestions for making the AI assistant’s responses and guidance clearer.
