The purposes of processing
The purpose of processing personal data is to fill open job positions in the Wellbeing Services County.

5. Data contents of the register
The register contains details about job applicants, including identification and contact information, education, language proficiency, work experience, skills, video interviews, and open applications written by the applicants.
Furthermore, applicants have the option to submit their information for recruitment marketing. This entails the storage of their identification and contact information, as well as information on education, work experience, and any additional information provided by the applicants. The source of the applicant's data, whether it be from an event or a website, is also recorded. If an individual wishes to only participate in a draw in connection with recruitment marketing, only their identification and contact information are stored.
6. Disclosure of personal data in accordance with legislation
Data from the register may be disclosed to contractual partners of the Wellbeing Services County who conduct personal assessments.
No data from the register is transferred outside the EU or the EEA.
7. Data storage periods
The application of a recruited individual is stored indefinitely, while all other applications are stored for two years following the filling of the job position.
Open applications are stored for 2 years, or for a period defined by the applicant. The applicant-determined storage period for job applications is a minimum of one day and a maximum of two years.
Video interviews are stored for two years following the date of the interview.
Data collected in recruitment marketing is stored for 5 years.

Personal data is collected from the individuals themselves.
