Cancelling maternity or child health clinic appointment
Please cancel the appointment no later than the previous working day by 12 noon by chat at Lunna (open weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00) or by leaving a message on the answering machine tel. 029 151 2400 (the message can also be left outside of regular business hours). In the message, state the date and time of the canceled appointment as well as the the client's name and personal identity code.

If you miss an appointment without cancelling it, you will have to pay a fee if you are aged 18 or above
The fee EUR 56.70 for a missed appointment without prior cancellation applies to over 18-year-olds in the services:
- Appointments with a nurse at the maternity health clinic
- Appointments with a doctor at the maternity health clinic
- Appointments in contraceptive counselling (with a nurse or a doctor)
