Health examinations in school health care
Pupils have the opportunity to attend a health examinations in grades 1–9. You do not need to wait for a separate invitation; you can book an appointment with the public health nurse by phone, through the electronic appointment booking system or during walk-in hours. You can conveniently fill in school healthcare background information questionnaires in Lunna(external link) as electronic symptom questionnaires. You can also download the PDF form here and send the questionnaire to the school nurse either via secure email or in print in a sealed envelope, handed in to the nurse by your child.
Extensive health examinations
Extensive health examinations are carried out in grades 1, 5 and 8. A health examination by the public health nurse must be carried out before the doctor’s appointment. Information on times for doctor’s appointments will be provided on a school-specific basis.
Preliminary information forms for pupils and guardians for extensive health examinations (grades 1, 5 and 8) to be filled in before an appointment with the public health nurse are available:

- In Lunna(external link) as an online form. The form can be found in the section under the heading Forms. Please note that you are acting on behalf of your child.
The guardian can participate in the health examination by remote connection. If you would like to participate remotely, contact the public health nurse and provide your email address. The public health nurse will send a Teams link to your email.
