Cancelling an appointment in oral health services
Timetables sometimes change and when it happens, it is important that you cancel the appointment that has been booked for you. We can then give the appointment to someone else. The appointment must be cancelled no later than 12 PM on the previous day. If you are 18 or older and miss an appointment without prior cancellation, you will be charged a fee of €56,70.

You can cancel an appointment at any time of the day

- by leaving a voicemail message, tel. 029 151 2970
- by sending a text message, tel. 045 7395 9254. In your message, state your name, date of birth and the appointment you wish to cancel.
Cancellation of appointment by dental care
Western Uusimaa oral health care may exceptionally have to cancel a scheduled appointment due to certain reasons unrelated to oral health care, such as the sudden absence of the attending professional, power outage, disruption of communication connections, or malfunctioning of information systems. In these situations, we try to reach the customer via text message and/or phone call. The call may also come from an unknown number. Before the appointment, it is advisable to check call and text message details to avoid an unnecessary visit.
