Cancellation policy for reserved times

You can cancel your appointment by leaving a message on tel. 029 151 2710. You can also cancel your appointment 24/7 by text message, tel. 045 7395 9251. Include your name, date of birth, and the appointment you want to cancel. 

In Lunna, you can cancel an appointment that you have booked yourself via Lunna. See the instructions for cancelling a booked appointment via this link. 

Calls to Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services on numbers starting with 0291 are charged for. More information about call rates. 

If you have a hearing disability, you can cancel an appointment by text message, tel. 045 7395 9273. Include your name, date of birth, and the appointment you want to cancel.

Cancel your appointment for mental health and substance abuse services by calling 029 151 2350.

You can cancel your appointment at the answering service every day around the clock. Leave your name, the service you were coming to, and the service point.

Appointments must be cancelled by 12 noon on the previous business day. Note that you cannot cancel an appointment in Wilma.

If you do not cancel your appointment in time or do not attend, we will charge a fee of €56.70 for clients aged 18 and over. The fee concerns the student welfare services of public health nurses, doctors, and psychologists. The fee may be charged if the customer or their representative has booked an appointment for health care services, and the customer has, without an acceptable reason, missed the appointment without cancelling it beforehand.

Cancel an appointment:

• by calling the public health nurse or leaving a voice message or text message (mention your name and date of birth, and the time and date of the appointment you want to cancel)
• if an appointment was booked online, you can also cancel it in the online service (Espoo, Raasepori, Kirkkonummi, Inkoo, Karkkila, Lohja, Siuntio, Vihti)
