Diabetes Centre
The diabetes centres provide diabetes care for over 16-year-old patients with type 1 diabetes. However, your own health station continues to provide other care than diabetes care.
Health stations also provide care for persons with type 2 diabetes.
The remote and on-site appointments with a diabetes doctor are subject to a client fee for over 18-year-olds. The fee applies to the first three appointments, and it is included in the health station fees.
We charge over 18-year-olds a fee for missed appointments without prior cancellation.

Patients with type 1 diabetes in Raseborg, Hanko and Ingå receive care at the HUS Diabetes Outpatient Clinic at the Raseborg Hospital.
