Mental health and substance abuse services for young people (13–17-year-olds)

How do I find help?

If you are experiencing challenges related to mental health, substance abuse or behavioural addictions, contact the nurse, psychologist or social worker at your school or educational institution. You can also seek help from your local health centre.

Our service is free of charge and you can come to us without a referral.

We use the Intervention Navigator as help in assessing the need for treatment for 13–17-year-old clients.
