Purposes of processing

The purpose of processing personal data in the visitor register is to record and preserve information about visitors to the Central Fire Station as well as their arrival times.

Legal grounds for processing

Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union: the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes.

5. Data contents of the register

The following data may be processed about visitors to central fire station: First and last names, photograph of the person (optional), telephone number (optional), company and position in the company (optional, email (optional), country of residence (optional), additional information provided by the visitor (optional), date and time of visit, information about the host for the visit.

6. Regular disclosure of personal data

Personal data can be disclosed for internal use unless the individual/other data provider has explicitly forbidden the disclosure of their contact information. 

Personal data will not be transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area (EEA).

7. Data retention periods

The visitor data are stored in the automated Respa visitor management system. Each visitor’s data are kept for a period of 24 months, after which it is deleted.

8. Sources of personal data

Data in the register are collected from the self-registered information provided by the visitors and from pre-visit notifications sent to the staff.
