The Wellbeing Services County will switch to standardised service numbers
The phone numbers will be changed gradually, one service at a time, over the course of 2023. You can always find the up-to-date phone number on our website on the page for the service you need.
The first standardised phone numbers of the Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County were introduced in December. The old service numbers will be replaced gradually, one service at a time with the standardised phone numbers of the Wellbeing Services County. These changes will happen over the course of 2023.
On this page, you can see when the next service numbers are about to change. You can always find the up-to-date phone numbers on our website on the page for the service you need.
The changes concern service numbers beginning with 09 and 019. These will be changed to numbers that begin with the digits 029. If the number you are calling has already been changed, you will hear a recorded message informing you about the change. The message will tell you the new number in three different languages, after which the call will end. The message can be heard for three months after the change. Thereafter, the old number is deactivated completely.

Call rates
Calling and queuing to a Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County phone number beginning with 0291 costs €0.084 per minute when calling from a mobile subscription or landline network in Finland.
If your mobile subscription is a package subscription with a fixed monthly price, calls to business numbers are not usually included in the monthly price. Consult your operator to find out the call rates. The price ranges for the major operators vary between €0.084– €0.09 per minute (as of 16 March 2023).
Charges for calls begin to accumulate as soon as the call is connected. If the call is routed to an automatic service, charging begins when the service asks the caller to, for example, press buttons in order to select an option.
