The busiest time in our customer service is usually at the beginning of the week. When you call outside the busiest hours, you can get your affairs done more smoothly. We are returning calls on weekdays starting 7:30 and may also reach out to you during evenings and weekends. We will call back from the phone number 029 151 2770 (Espoo) or 029 151 3200 (other municipalities). We will try to reach you twice.
A limited number of new non-urgent appointments are made available every week. We continuously strive to improve the availability of care.
If you have a valid treatment plan, you can also book an appointment digitally at luvn.terveytesi.fi(external link). In the service, you can also check, reschedule, or cancel your appointment as well as fill in the pre-information form.
