Non-urgent telephone services for dental care are currently congested. The delay in the callback is about 5 business days. If you have called us, your contact will be saved. We will process contacts on a first-come, first-served basis and contact you as soon as possible. We ask that you do not call or contact us via Lunna about the same issue before we contact you. This allows us to serve everyone more smoothly despite the congestion. Thank you for your patience!
SMS messages sent to the customer are redirected to the spam folder. An issue has been identified with messages sent to phones using the Android operating system. Some of the sender LUVN’s text messages are automatically redirected to the recipient’s phone’s spam folder.
You can now reach the wellbeing services county's dental care appointment booking and customer service on weekdays from the same phone number 029 151 2770, in emergency matters from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and in non-urgent matters from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
In invoicing matters, you can now also reach us with Lunna's non-urgent message. You can send the message 24/7, we will respond to the message within three working days.
The busiest time in our customer service is usually at the beginning of the week. When you call outside the busiest hours, you can get your affairs done more smoothly. We are returning calls on weekdays starting 7:30 and may also reach out to you during evenings and weekends. We will try to reach you twice.
A limited number of new non-urgent appointments are made available every week. We continuously strive to improve the availability of care.
