Always on your side

Non-urgent treatment has become busy in some parts of our wellbeing services county. Call-back times are longer and there is a shortage of appointment times.

We understand that the situation frustrates our customers. For us, every customer's concern for their health is equally important.

We would like to thank all the residents of the wellbeing services county for your understanding. There are many reasons behind the challenging situation in non-urgent care: a shortage of social welfare and health care professionals, the care debt caused by the coronavirus pandemic and, in part, the wellbeing services county reform.

The challenging situation is not the fault of an individual social welfare and health care worker. Our social welfare and health care professionals are always on the customer's side and do their best to find the best possible solution to each customer's situation as soon as possible.

On the phone, we assess the customer's need for treatment, provide advice and guidance. If you have development ideas or would like to give feedback on our services, it should be done through our feedback service.

The situation of the care varies by location. We have remedied the challenging situation in many ways: The calling backlog has been shortened on weekends. Phone appointments have been opened for doctors. We are constantly filling vacancies.

As a customer, you can count on us to call you back. Only call once. Your number will be stored in the system.

Thank you for understanding that we are doing our best. We are always on your side.
