Client Experience Matters
We aim to make our services easy and seamless. Starting in September, we will pilot a new method for gathering client feedback at select locations.
Have you recently visited a health station or dentist? How was your experience? How was your experience? What did we do well, and where can we improve? Your feedback, whether positive or negative, is invaluable.
We are trying out a new method for gathering client feedback, beginning on 10 September 2024, at the following locations:
Doctor’s and dentist appointments:
- Lohja health station
- Samaria health station
- Tapiola health station
- Haukilahti dental clinic
- Ruusulinna dental clinic
- Maternity and child health clinic at Espoon keskus family centre
- Maternity and child health clinic at Kirkkonummi Wellbeing Centre
After your visit, some clients will receive a text message requesting feedback on the experience.
- The sender will appear as “LUVN” or the number 18102.
- Responding to the survey is free of charge.
- Feedback will be anonymous and not linked to the responder.
- More details will be provided with the survey.
If you receive this text message, let your voice be heard! Your feedback helps us improve our services. We appreciate your input on what works and what could be better. Thank you for participating!
We plan to expand the feedback survey to other services and units throughout the autumn and next year. Updates will be posted on our website.
