Due to the update of the patient information system, digital health services at luvn.terveytesi.fi (external link)will be unavailable on 16–17 May 2026. The outage affects, for example, electronic appointment booking and pre-information forms for maternity and child health clinics, dental care and health centres, as well as ordering supplies for self-care. In Lunna, the outage will appear as disruptions in viewing personal appointment and health information.
The system change may cause delays and changes in customer billing
The system change may cause delays in monthly billed customer fees ja a single invoice may include charges for more than one month. Any delays will affect only client fees billed monthly, such as fees related to home care or housing services. Rent invoices will be sent as usual. No significant delays are expected in visit fees either, such as charges for oral healthcare or physician services.
