Right of Initiative for Wellbeing Services County Members
Under Section 30 of the Act on Wellbeing Services Counties, every member of a wellbeing services county has the right to propose initiatives concerning the operations of the wellbeing services county. Members who submit initiatives must be informed of any actions taken in response to their proposal.
An initiative must include evidence proving the membership of each individual involved in submitting it. During the initiative’s review process, the wellbeing services county must provide an opportunity for representatives of the initiative's authors to present their views.
Additionally, users of services provided by the wellbeing services county have the right to propose initiatives related to their services.
Initiatives must address matters of common interest that pertain to the operations of the wellbeing services county. They cannot consist of personal feedback, applications, or requests. If you wish to provide feedback, you can do so here.
