What happens at the child health clinic after the baby is born and during early childhood?

The child health clinic monitors and promotes the growth and development of a preschool-age child and supports parenthood. Matters related to the family’s health, wellbeing and parenthood are discussed at the appointments. At the child health clinic, children also receive vaccinations in accordance with the national vaccination programme.
