How to prepare for your first visit

• During the first meeting, you will meet an occupational therapist, a speech therapist and/or a psychologist at a remote appointment or at the clinic. Check the location of the meeting from the appointment you received.
• Fill in the preliminary information form for the first appointment. You received a link to the form in connection with your appointment Citizen's online health services(external link) → log in and select preliminary information for children’s rehabilitation services
• When you receive the appointment, you will also be told whether you need to bring the child with you to the meeting
• During the first meeting, the professionals interview the parents to assess the need for services and to plan a personal service
• Further appointments will be agreed during the first meeting
