Mental health and substance abuse services for adults offer guidance, counselling, assessment and treatment in moderate mood disorder and/or addiction challenges to people over 18 years of age.
If you are experiencing challenges related to mental health, substance abuse or behavioural addictions and you are in the scope of student welfare services, contact the nurse, psychologist or social worker at your educational institution. You can also seek help from your local health centre or occupational health care.
Our service is free of charge and you can come to us without a referral.
We use the Therapy Navigator as help in assessing the need for treatment for people over 18 years of age. The Therapy Navigator is an online survey that asks questions about the nature of your symptoms and problems as well as your treatment needs.
