Customer billing

We primarily deliver invoices as e-invoices. You can activate the e-invoice subscription in your online bank once the first invoice arrives.

An e-invoice is an invoice that goes straight to your online bank. You can decide if you want to approve each payment separately in your online bank or have the invoice amount taken directly from your account. For more details about how e-invoices work, check with your bank.

We hope that as many as possible choose e-invoices. Receiving paper invoices is also still possible.

You can inquire about the details of the invoice at the numbers listed below:

• Dental care bills 029 151 2950  (weekdays 8 AM to 3 PM).

The payment can be granted additional time if the invoice has not yet matured and previous invoices have been paid. The due date of the invoice can be postponed by contacting Sarastia's customer service either by calling the number 020 6399 400 (weekdays 9 AM to 1 PM) or via online service(external link). Online service is open 24/7.

You can inquire about the client fee decision from the customer fee services of the Western Uusimaa wellbeing services county at the number 029 151 2195 (weekdays 9 AM to 10 am).

You can apply for a reduction or waiver of the client fee if the fee endangers livelihood or maintenance obligations.
