Text message survey for client feedback to be expanded to several units
From September 2024, we have collected client feedback with text messages in seven different units at health stations, maternity and child health clinics and in oral healthcare services. Read the news item on the launch of the experiment.
In June, we will expand the text message survey to several other units.
Our goal is to collect comprehensive information on the client experience in different services and channels. We also provide reports on the results in the monthly service production overview, available on our website in Finnish.
After your visit, some clients will receive a text message requesting feedback on the experience.
- The sender will appear as “LUVN” or the number 18102. The data security of the survey has been ensured.
- Responding to the survey is free of charge.
- Feedback will be anonymous and not linked to the responder.
