Digital Support in Western Uusimaa

The Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County offers guidance on using its digital systems, which you may need to access the services you require. Support is available from the respective service providers. 

Customer Service

In the Customer Service Chat (Lunna), you can ask about the digital services of the wellbeing services county. The chat is open on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm. You can contact customer service without strong authentication.

For the deaf and hard of hearing, we have a text messaging service at 045 739 59250.

Our phone service is open on weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00.

Strong electronic identification

Log into our digital services with strong identification such as a mobile certificate, the Hightrust.id application or online banking codes.
