The Registry Office processes and records administrative documents of the Wellbeing Services County. Such documents include proposals, complaints, objections, requests for administrative reviews, and requests for opinions and evidence.

Please be aware that the Registry Office staff do not have access to invoicing, patient, or client information systems. This means, for instance, that any matters related to health stations (e.g. appointment cancellations or rescheduling) should be directed to the health station’s patient office. In invoicing-related matters, please use the contact details on the invoice. In matters related to applications for social assistance, please contact the adult social work in your municipality.

At the bottom of this page, in the section ‘Useful links’, you will find instructions for matters regarding client fees, payment ceilings or research permits. The Registry Office cannot process inquiries related to these matters. We can only forward your message to the appropriate unit, which leads to a delay in the answer.
